Accessing the Signature Patient Website and Application

Frequently Asked Questions

1. I don’t know my Registration Code to register for an account
The registration code can be found on your receipt OR you can call your clinic for assistance.
3. When I register for an account, it states a “Member Account Already Exists”. 

Reset your password, via the login page. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

Note: If you share an email address with a fellow Medi-Weightloss patient, such as a spouse, you both can’t use the same email address for a SPW account. Please register with a separate email address.

4. It states my registration code is invalid when I try to register.
Verify you are using the correct code. Contact your clinic for assistance.
2. When I try to log in, the registration code doesn’t work
The registration code is not a temporary password. Please go here to register an SPW account, if you haven’t done so already.
5. I tried to reset my password but didn’t receive an email.
Check your spam folder. If you haven’t received an email within 5 minutes of resetting your password, contact your clinic for assistance.
8. I don’t have access to the email account I used for my SPW account.
Contact your clinic for assistance. You will have to re-register your account, but this will not cause you to lose data saved previously.
7. I just rejoined the program and can’t log in.
Contact your clinic for assistance.
6. I don’t remember which email I used for my SPW account.
Contact your clinic for assistance.

The website is accessible via desktop and an app for mobile devices.

  •  The following browsers are able to support the site.
    • Google Chrome: version 80 or greater
    • Firefox: version 70 or greater
    • Safari: version 11 or greater
    • Mobile Browsers: Not Supported
  • Our Medi-Weightloss® SPW app has been developed for mobile users. The following Operating Systems are able to support the app:
    • Android: Android 9 Pie or greater
    • IOS: iOS 12 or greater

Updating Mobile Applications: If you are having issues with the app, check for updates by going into the Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS). We are constantly working hard on making improvements to the application. This can cause older versions of the mobile applications to lose functionality.

1. To register your account click the Register Now link next to Need an account?

2. Here you will need your Registration Code, found on your receipt.

Note: Here you will enter a valid email address. If you share an email address with a fellow Medi-Weightloss patient, such as a family member, you both can’t use the same email address for a SPW account.  

3. Afterward, you will receive an email with a verification link.

4. Once you register an account, you can log in with the email address and password you entered.

We created the Signature Patient Website for our dedicated patients to provide tools and resources to stay on track with your weight loss goals. Easily journal your food, access your weight history from your appointments, find recipes and workout programs, and more!

9. I switched Medi-Weightloss clinic locations and can’t log in.
Contact your clinic for assistance. You will have to re-register your account, but this will not cause you to lose data saved previously
10. I am a previous patient and I can’t log in.
SPW is only available for active patients. If you would like your health data, please contact your clinic.
